what a joke!
Ordered flowers with the addition cost for expedited next day shipping only to be told because I messaged to inquire! over 3hrs after the expected delivery date and time that they would not arrive until Tuesday they should have been delivered on the Saturday! Had I known of this joke I would have ordered elsewhere and not have dealt with this bull! The location for delivery was less than 80km from a location and when I asked about order
cancellation and refund was to that was not an option!
TOTALLY disappointing. unexceptible, unreliable, and certainly unprofessional! I will NEVER be purchasing anything else.
