Bloomex sucks!!! Do not waste your money - Bloomex Gourmet gift baskets and flowers

I ordered a gourmet sympathy gift basket. I called to confirm it would be delivered the same day in North Bay. I had confirmation on Saturday afternoon it would be delivered a paid a premium.
I was notified the following Wednesday it was in transit. The cost was $135 and the gave a credit of $4.99. The basket on line was an elegant combination of gourmet foods and they delivered a snack basket. Now there is no reply form the company. It is very upsetting. Do not waste your money. Also know someone who ordered flowers for a funeral and were furious. They paid $100 and a $25 bouquet was sent through Kemptville flowers.
