Horrible Service and Horrible Flowers
I've ordered flowers/gifts 3 times from Bloomex.ca. I guess it takes 3 times for me to learn my lesson. Each time they were late, but this last time for Mother's Day they were 4 days late, left on the doorstep in the cold, wilted and 2 big pieces were completely broken off. I called and told them and they'd give me a credit for my next order. I said there would be no next order and I want my money back. Rep said they were not authorized for that, but they'd give the info to a supervisor to call me back. No calls back, but I've called every day trying to get to a supervisor. Each rep is apparently reading a word track because they all say a credit for a future order has been approved and the supervisors are busy returning calls from other compliants. If that were the case then with me calling every day you'd think I would be in the stack of calls to return. Each time the rep says they'll pass the information on and hopefully I'll get a call today or tomorrow. This last rep said he would put it in all caps and he hoped that would help. Really? I also called Purlator the delivery service, but they never returned my call either. Take my advice, NEVER use Bloomex!!!!
