terrible service


I ordered two bouquets to go to the same address on Friday morning to be delivered by early Friday evening. As I write this, it is Saturday evening...no flowers. According to Purolator they are still 'in transit' and my money has already been taken from my account for a service that they have yet to provide. I have left 5 voicemails, and attempted to live chat with no response from either. I am hugely disappointed, angry, and am hoping against hope that my $80 flowers will arrive in time for mother's day (Sunday). Terrible terrible service.
