Horrible Customer Experience - floral delivery service
So on the one hand I'm glad that Emily got some flowers from us on her special day but on the other hand disappointed that all wasn't quite right. But the customer experience following that was horrific and remains unresolved. Companies that hide behind "our policy is..." versus "how do we make this right for you?" will not survive. Avoid this company - there are so many better options... and now I see I'm not alone in these types of complaints -
