    Do not order from this company. They are outright thieves. The so called customer service staff are a group of childish rude incompetent individuals who care nothing about your funeral, sick relative/friend or anything else you order flowers for. They think your predicament is a joke and will even accuse you of being in the wrong for daring to be upset about your money being stolen and your order never being delivered.You will be lucky if you can get a name from them.   • Failure to deliver



    This company has been scamming people for years, over 400 BB complaints, and yet the continue to Scam people. Can you help the hundreds of consumers including myself. January 14th - Called to order a funeral arrangement for my mother, and I advised them this was required by 10:00 am. January 16th - Arrived at the funeral home.   • Bloomex sucks!!! Do not waste your money



    I ordered a gourmet sympathy gift basket. I called to confirm it would be delivered the same day in North Bay. I had confirmation on Saturday afternoon it would be delivered a paid a premium. I was notified the following Wednesday it was in transit. The cost was $135 and the gave a credit of $4.99. The basket on line was an elegant combination of gourmet foods and they delivered a snack basket. Now there is no reply form the company. It is very upsetting. Do not waste your money.   • Terrible Service and Terrible Arrangement



    On July 5th I ordered a Sweet Blossoms Collection II (deluxe) arrangement to be sent to my niece in London Ontario as she was recovering from surgery. I received a purchase order showing a delivery date of July 6th. They were not delivered on this date, gone was the surprise element in my gift.     TERRIBLE SERVICE - I RECOMMEND NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !     I wish I could post a picture. I ordered beautiful red tulips and white lilies and a red vase for my step mom for Mothers Day. She got wilted assorted colors that looked like garbage.   • BLOOMEX-Don't Use This Florist!!! 5 Days Late delivery-DEAD Flowers!!



    On Feb 9/15, I ordered the "Love & Laughter" bouquet with the additional vase & card, to be delivered Feb 11/15, to a hospital in a different Province than myself. It never arrived! I tried contacting them via their 1-888#(had to leave messages), the online chat thru their website and email. NO RESPONSE! I got an email Feb 16/15 that the flowers had been delivered.     Unbelievable. Their business is delivery of a product. They cannot do that . Ordered a chocolate basket to be delivered New Year's Eve. Also celebrating a retirement . It was the recipients last night of work. It was never delivered and had to be picked up six days later. It was to be delivered to an apartment with all of the names on the mailbox.   • Bloomex - Indifferent to customer satisfaction



    Twice now Bloomex has delivered late, later than the order promised. When asked to resolve the problem their only solution was to offer a small discount (15%) on my next purchase. Since this is a repeat offense I was not interested in their offer.     I've ordered flowers/gifts 3 times from Bloomex.ca. I guess it takes 3 times for me to learn my lesson. Each time they were late, but this last time for Mother's Day they were 4 days late, left on the doorstep in the cold, wilted and 2 big pieces were completely broken off.     I ordered flowers to be sent to my mom for Mother's day and paid extra for shipping. The flowers still have not arrived and I have left numerous messages with Bloomex, no one answers the phone.They put you on hold for 5 minutes, transfer you to a voicemail and then disconnect.   • terrible service



    I ordered two bouquets to go to the same address on Friday morning to be delivered by early Friday evening. As I write this, it is Saturday evening...no flowers. According to Purolator they are still 'in transit' and my money has already been taken from my account for a service that they have yet to provide. I have left 5 voicemails, and attempted to live chat with no response from either.
